About the Role

The Master Crafter of Cabinetry & Millwork will be responsible for following designs and project blueprint specifications, creating, and installing custom cabinetry and millwork projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of woodworking techniques. This role requires collaboration with design specialists to transform client visions into beautiful, functional works of art.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Master Millworker in cabinetry or a related field.

  • Extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

  • Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Mentor apprentice millworkers, delegate, and oversee duties of apprentice will workers.
