About the Role
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance client relations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Manage and oversee all client communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Coordinate client events, meetings, and visits to the workshop.
Train and mentor team members on effective client communication practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client communication and luxury markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in client communication, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a luxury market.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using communication and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Knowledge of the millwork or cabinetry industry is a plus.
