About the Role

Assist in developing and executing communication strategies to promote the company's brand and services.

Support the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, social media content, and marketing materials.

Manage the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to create compelling visual and written content.

Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and client meetings.

Maintain and update the company's website and other digital platforms with relevant content.

Draft and proofread communication materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Support crisis communication efforts and manage sensitive information appropriately.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications and public relations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Proficiency in using communication and content management software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Knowledge of the millwork or cabinetry industry is a plus.

Requirements
